C-level executive with repeated success in rapid growth of medical device companies by commercializing innovative technology that is often acquired/licensed from smaller manufacturers. Lee is an effective team-builder with extensive experience with sales, marketing, R&D, clinical, regulatory, operations, I.T., and supply chain – both domestic and international.
Lee’s career began with a “dream job” at IBM while he was still a freshman at Georgia Tech. After 4 years in computer engineering, he spent a decade honing his skills in management, marketing, and sales through IBM’s Junior Executive program. Eventually, Lee brought that technical edge to the medical device industry, where he found his true calling: bridging the gap between complex technology and the people who need it most.
As a leader and serial inventor, Lee has always been driven by unmet needs. He is particularly proud of developing a medical laser designed to help survivors of accidents and fires regain both function and confidence. Whether he was slashing sales cycles from nine months to three or managing matrixed global teams of 150+ people across South Korea and the U.S., Lee’s approach has always been hands-on and heart-forward.
A Track Record of Excellence

• Navigating complex mergers and acquisitions involving Private Equity, Venture Capital and publicly-traded companies
• Unifying global cross-functional teams across Germany (2 companies), China (2 companies), Mexico, and the USA (4 companies).
